Ultimate Snowball Fights
The best snowball fighters (or just those of us with no aim) know that in order to truley have a winning strategy you must use your environment in such a fashion as to put your opponents at a disadvantage. Here are just some helpful hints to those of you unfortunate enough to NOT KNOW THEM!!

1. Did you know that tree branches make excellent snowball slingshots?
2. Piling snow in higher places and then luring people under it requires less aim...

Just some helpful hints... (after school snowball fight anyone?)

PS - counter moved to bottom of page..

I think the night class gods are against me..

Once again in night class and for some odd reason the IS department has decided that it would be a good idea NOT to turn on the heat in any of the CS labs... So you all have seen me teach without shoes, how about in a scarf and gloves?? (and still no shoes... - I love carpet!)

New Selection Criteria For Valedictorian

Today 6th period it was decided that the new selection criteria will involve a sack race/scavenger hunt where you must traverse a course in a sack and place items into the sack along the way... (points also given for time of completion) Winner has most points at the end ....

Can you imagine the speech at graduation? "I would like to say that it has been one hell of a sack race! Die to all my competitors!! Thank you."

This is what I get for procrastinating

Was at school until 7:30 tonight, doing work...

BTW - Envelope glue is really nasty!! especially on school envelopes when you have a pile of them from recommendations...

Why it sucks sometimes to be the designated adult

Sorry All - 8th period open lab stops now!! (unless your name begins with a J, you are independantly studying a class, and you are coming to do Java programs!!!)

Sorry APCS - I hate to do this to you, but you leave me no choice... We are two weeks behind and if I dont catch you all up you will not do well on the AP. So expect some things to change. *switches to ultimate teacher mode*

Random Rantings
Cold Cold Cold - but no snow...

Ever been working and completely distracted yourself with trivial matters? Not temporarily - I mean for a couple of hours... I came home intending to do some serious work (even had a to do list) and have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! ggrrr - Need to do stuff!!! Java Syllabus due in 8 days (yes I procrastinated), and I have to completely rewrite the format I had it in..

Well I typed the heading for the table - does that count?

Be prepared for a sleep deprived teacher (again) in about 7 1/2 days.... nah, I can do 2 chapters a day and finish it...

Pointers - (for all you c++ geeks) I would like to have been in the room when they decided to use the -> symbol to represent them..... "Dude - it POINTS to stuff... lets make it look like an arrow!!" 'nuff said....

There is a compsci group?

While reading random blogs I noticed that Dave made reference to a compsi group... I wonder - is this a good or bad thing...

Hell has frozen over... Along with the meadowlands apparently

Watching the Giants game... (they are actually making a game out of it, which is good) And all anyone keeps saying is that it is cold there - isn't that what football in december is all about? and if you were stupid enough to go to the game without hand and feet warmers, a couple of blinkets and some thermos' of extremely warm drinks - well thats your own fault!

Today is Sunday right? I say hell has frozen over because the significant other was actually back from the firehouse before noon. Apparently no one was hanging out today and there was no reason to stay...
