Other Ramblings while waiting for sleep cycle to adjust

First of all we switched at home from UltimateTV to Tivo. The new recording unit SUCKS! Still can record two shows at once, but the menu is aweful and every now and then the dolby digital sound screws with the sound system and it goes haywire - you have to change the channel to get good sound back. Annoying!

Midterms are coming up and I can't believe the year is half over already. I started a project to write a paper on the differentiated instruction going on in the Java class. I have to remember to keep documenting what goes on in class (write every day!!) hopefully I will have gathered enough data to (along with some research) submit a paper for a conference plus an article to a few different places by the end of the year. getting published - that would be cool. Already have had a minor thing in a paper. Education Week a couple years ago wrote a letter to the editor about discrepencies in teacher training and they published it.

Well, *crosses fingers* I hope this works out.

7:02 and still at work (pm that is) just getting ready to leave, but taking to do list home with me... grrr..
