well I really do want to go, but dont want to have to put up with all the stuff that goes along with it... 20-22 hour drive w/ hubby and puppy and then inlaws..

too much sleep
... I slept so well last night, I am so refreshed... and cant wait for this vacation.. I am driving to Florida tomorrow night and going to spend some much needed time on the beach and get some SUN... Then flying back next thurs and going up to the cape to visit mom for the weekend.
for those of you who know how to read stuff hidden in an HTML page the stuff I was playing with earlier is here... Otherwise you are sol..
anyway.. off to home.. not much work to do tonight :) Should try and write a chapter in the teacher's guide though

Gamers for Peace
I got my "Make Games, not War" shirt in the mail today - totally considering wearing it tomorrow... Definately wearing it at least once while in Rochester...
Ordered the shirts for Robotics - If you didnt post to web or chalk board you are definately out of luck.
In other news.. Congrats to ACSL people - Job well done! I am so excited for you all.. We just need people to come and participate in our little 'con in order to try and fundraise... Note: we can also send someone to go to cosco and get some junkfood/soda to sell during event as well.. Maybe a local pizza place will donate some pizzas...Sell slices for pure profit..

12 hours of sleep
Its amazing what 12 hours of sleep out of your normal weekend sleep as much as you can cycle can do for your outlook on life. :) I love snow days because they are a gift. If you knew you had the day off you would have planned to do a million and a half things (at least I would have) but with a snow day - nada, nothing :) :)

Productive Weekend
Well I finished all my grading as well as about a chapter and a half for the teacher's guide. I guess these are going to start sounding like last fall as I was trying to finish the syllabus because its due in a month and not done yet.
Gearing up for break.. cant wait. Going to visit the inlaws in FL (sunny, warm, beaches :) for part of the week, flying back thursday night and driving up to the cape with my sister friday night.
I should go get ready for bed (the alarm is going to go off extra early tomorrow - daylight savings time and all) but hubby is waiting for some fire friends to call so we can go talk to them about something.. urg.. going to get ready for bed.. lets see what he says.. urg..
