Post Thanksgiving/Pre Xmas ...
Aside from shopping do you know the primary reason that this is a four day weekend? So that everyone can run around and scrub their house clean for the holiday season. (That and put up the xmas lights by the way..)
Note to all husbands: If you insist on help with putting up the lights - and you are planning to fall off the ladder while doing it - please wait until a decent hour so that the rest of us will actually be awake and dressed so that we can run to your aid...

If you have been taking C++ for 13 weeks now and you do not know what a semicolon or colon is YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN PROGRAMMING
If you have been taking C++ for 13 weeks and you need to go to the textbook to look up length = 0 (notice no ; ) YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN PROGRAMMING!!
If you cannot understand #include "apstring.h" and type it when you are told to YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN PROGRAMMING
If you have been taking C++ for 13 weeks with me and do not know what a scrollie is ( { or } ) YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN PROGRAMMING
If you cannot even copy your own function prototypes and turn them into headers YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN PROGRAMMING

Why the school lunch room really stinks...
Ok - on such a beautiful snowy day, at such an ideal location (on top of a hill :) ) I am severly disappointed in the school's lunchroom practices. Aside from the impact to the environment (don't we all love styrophome) <---- no I can't spell - hence the humor in my avitar... Back to original thought... Aside from environmental impact - the styrophome trays make very poor sleds. We need better trays in the lunch room for one reason only. When we have gorgeous wet snow like today how much fun would it be to ride down the hill atop a sled (and ditch right before the fence for the track) ?? It might keep the annoying people from having snowball fights in the hallway... (hmmm if it were not for the treaty of compsci certain people might find themselves with snowballs in their bookbags....but thats another story....of course the snowball would be in a plastic bag...)

Worked some more on java reorganization. Assigned managerial duties to a few students (could possibly create other managers next quarter) Trying to give each person responsibility like they would have in a real office. Sorry for the paperwork all, but part of the process is documentation.
On another note: Lladnar - One day I shall overcome!! must study when time...

Yeah!! got email back from the collegeboard and apparently I dont have to write nearly 1/100 of what I was doing. That means I can put this all together in an afternoon and be done! Yeah!!!!!
Oh!! also - doesnt have to be turned in until the 10th... Procrastinator Alarm!!! Hmmmm... what can I do between now and the 10th that will let me put this off even more... (dont be fooled, I procrastinate not because I am lazy, just because I enjoy being completely sleep deprived and wired...) If you are going to procrastinate be sure you are doing it for the right reasons. :)
Anyway - reorganized the java class today... Lets see how this works - note to self : write up managers job descriptions and forms for evaluations..
